Abigail was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes 13 years ago, at the age of six. The Army was formed soon after.
Since then, Fraternity brothers, The Monday Morning Golf guys, family and friends have been dedicated to raising money for JDRF.
In the last 10 years, Abigail's Army has proudly raised over $50,000 for JDRF. The outing had 68 participants who all had a wonderful time at Oakwood Golf Course, Monday, August 6.
Contributions, in addition to prizes awarded via silent auction, and regular prize tickets, generated a profit of $4500. for Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.
Planning for the 2019 event is already underway. Hopefully, your help and generosity can be counted on next year, for contributions, prizes and sponsorships.
Again, thank you so very much for your gernerosity, so with your help and "Abigail's Army" the cure and fight for juvenile diabetes will continue.

Oakwood Golf Course on Monday, August 4, 2014. Support from The Sigma Pi Foundation, individual Alumni, 75 attendees, donors and volunteers generated a profit of $5500. for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund. Abigail's Army has proudly raised $27,000. toward THE CURE.
The golf outing was held at Oakwood Golf Course, August 4, 2014. The golfing was shortened to 9 holes dues to weather. Brothers in attendance were Tom Kaliher, Brent Retzlaff, Jim Aanas, Ricky Schultz, and Dave Schneck.
Prizes were awarded to golfers. Drawings and a silent auction were also held. A buffet dinner with refreshments followed.

Thanks to the support of the Sigma Pi Foundation, individual alumni, and 70 attendees $4000. was raised for "JDRF and Chipping in for the Cure". The Sigma Pi Foundation donated $300. and the Sigma Pi brothers $755. The outing was held at Milwaukee County Whitnall Golf Course, Aug. 6.
Contributions were from the Sigma Pi Foundation, Gerry Schneck, Tom Kaliher, Mark Geiser, Bob Hollander, and Dave Schneck. Additional cash and merchandise contributions for prizes were received from Mike Hosni, Bob Briese, Linda Walsh.
Attendees were: Jim Aanas, Brent Retzlaff, Tom Kaliher, Rick Schultz (JR), and Bob Briese.
