"2023 Annual Meeting"

All members of the UW-Stout Sigma Pi Alumni Foundation are hereby notified of and invited to attend the
2020 Annual Meeting of the Foundation on Saturday, June 24, 2023
The meeting shall take place at the Cedar Valley Golf Course, located at 25019 County Road 9, Winona, MN 55987 beginning
at 10:30 am CST.

The business and financial activites of our Foundation will be discussed at this meeting. Topics currently on the agenda for consideration include:
*Philanthropic activities at Stout, and with other charitable organizations.
*Financial status-Investment performances / Expenditures
*Homcoming plans and alumni activities
*Appointment of Board of Directors for the 2020/2021 term

Per the bylaws of the Foundation proxy voting is not permitted, however international third party write in votes are allowed.

Following the conclusion of the Annual Meeting we will adjourn to the 1st hole for a group photo and to begin the 22nd Annual Hackers Golf Tournament.

Since we have a limited number of tee times available and in order to facilitate planning for the event, please RSVP directly to BOB REINERT even if you will NOT be golfing. When you RSVP, please indicate whether you will be playing 9 or 18 holes of golf. The bar tab for the club house and course will be open to golfers and non golfers. Bar Carts also will be patrolling the course.

The fraternity will provide to all Brothers, and immediate family members at no cost, the following:
*Golf at the Cedar Valley Golf Course ( green fees, club rental (if required)
*Lunch and dinner following the tournament on site at the Cedar Valley Restaurant
*Roundtrip transportation to/from Express Suites Riverport Hotel to Cedar Valley Golf Course for all attendees
Foursomes will be organized before teeing off. A modified "Scramble/Best Ball" format for the
tournament will be utilized.

NOTE: THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!
For 2020 the venue for hotel accomadations--
A block of rooms has been set aside for our group at Express Suites Riverport Hotel in Winona under the Group
Code name of "Sigma Pi Alumni Reunion". To reserve and pay for your room, you must contact by May 22, 2020. The address for Express Suites Riverport Hotel is: 900 Bruski Dr, Winona, MN 55987. 1-844-663-2269 Rooms in the Winona area are limited this time of year, so please don't delay in securing your reservations, as all rooms in our reserved block will be released to the general public after May 22, 2020. Failure to reserve a room will leave you no other choice than to find accommadations on your own.

As always, family members are encouraged to attend and participate in our events. When you RSVP, please indicate any additional attendees who will be attending and whether or not they will be playing golf.

*Your friends are our friends"; however the fraternity has agreed to provide funding only for each brother and any immediate family members attending the event. Brothers wishing to invite other individuals to the event will be responsible for the cost of hosting those individuals. The cost for each additional attendee is set at $100.00/person and includes green fees, lunch, dinner, drinks and transportation to/from the course.

Weekend Itinerary

Friday:
3:00pm - ? Some of the Boyz will be taking advantage of a long weekend and getting in an extra round of golf at Cedar Valley Golf Course. This is on your own nickel, however grab your clubs and come on out, it's a great way to get loosened up!!!

7:00pm - ? Casual gathering in "The Riveport Hotel" at Bruski's Pub in the hotel.



Saturday:
The Riverport Hotel has a continental breakfast, however there is a Perkins and the Green Mill restaurant near if you require protein.

9:30am SHARP! Depart from the hotel for Cedar Valley Golf Club
Transportation provided to/from the golf course.

10:30-11:30am Sigma Pi Alumni Foundation Annual Meeting
Since we are on a fairly tight schedule, the Annual Meeting will begin promptly at 10:30am and end by 11:30am.
Lunch (burgers/hot dogs, chips and beverages) can be ordered at the beginning of the meeting.

11:30-12:00pm Finish lunch, refill your beverages & group photo on the 1st tee before Tee Off !!!

12:00-1:00pm Tee off !!!
A scramble (best ball) format will be used. Instructions will be available on Friday evening at the bar and at the Annual Meeting on Saturday morning.
Tee times will be determined by general handicap assessment. Green fees, carts, rental clubs (if needed) and beverages are included.

5:00-6:00pm Happy Hour at the 19th hole

6:00 - 8:00pm Dinner at the Cedar Valley Restaurant

8:00 - 9:00pm Cabs depart golf course back to The Riverport Hotel

9:00 - ???? Relax and enjoy some camaraderie with the Boys at the Bruski's pub or other establishments.


Sunday:....around 10:00 am
Before hitting the road home, The Riverport Hotel has a continental breakfast or stop on by the Perkins across from the hotel to indulge in some much needed liquids and food to absorb the excess alcohol.
